Surya Foundation Education & Training Center (SFETC) was set up in the year 2000 in Gampaha district. The focus was on providing educational opportunities to the rural underprivileged youth in areas of Information Technology (IT) and English.

Jaffna Centre

Since its inception, the initiative to promote ethnic harmony through link language education has grown significantly in the Jaffna region. The Sinhala language program currently operates across six centres with around 390 active students. Since 2016, nearly 4,500 students have successfully completed the courses and received official certification, strengthening community cohesion and mutual understanding.
